Waited inside a half hour left without mt hot coffee with cream and sugar. People behind me got multiple items before me. Awful experience won't be back.

Horrible horrible horrible. I ordered a cake online and received a call from the store informing me they can't make the cake because they don't have the right ingredients. If this was the case, why was I able to even order it after choosing my location, I mean what's the point in choosing my location before I order anyway. Then when I try to cancel my order, I'm told I have to call the customer service number from the website or come in person (which is a 30 minute drive for me) because they can't do refunds from online orders over the phone. Then I call customer service and they can't cancel the pending charge on my card, only give me a refund in 2 to 3 days. Absolutely ridiculous.

Why in the world does BR open at 6am but then why close at 8pm?? That is so completely backwards- especially in the summer time and still light out around 9pm…. ??‍Just super odd imo
