Bidrage med feedbackCame here with a group of 5 after a morning workout. We just found it by chance. The coffees and hot chocolates were really good. We all had breakfast. Some had eggs and toast, some had a brekkie wrap and one had a toastie. Everything was really good. The prices were a lot lower than expected to.
After our art trail we decided to drop in for some cake and coffee at this little Café. Having driven past on the way down, we saw it was super busy. But when we went in at 4pm we had plenty of choices for tables. The cake cabinet had a nice display of sweet things. WE ordered the lime tart, lemon meringue, and a vanilla custard slice along with a cappuccino, espresso and tea. Our food arrived quickly after admiring the art on the walls. Drinks were nice and hot, and I have to say the coffee (I had the espresso) was wonderful and strong bold flavours. My dad said it was better than the coffee he had earlier elsewhere. Both the meringue and lime tart were excellent; would definitely order again. My dad’s custard tart was ok, but not the best one had he had. He is used to the Swiss style custard tart. We had a nice chat with the friendly owner. Would definitely be back to try their lunch menu when I am in the area.
Any time I'm any where near Roses O'Le Cafe I'm sure to visit it again. Best tasting Carrot cake served just slightly warmed with a dash of cream and sliced strawberries. Excellent service. The waiter even asked if we would like a second cup of tea. Now where would you get that kind of service? Well Done ROC!
Great service and excellent food at very reasonable prices. Breakfasts are fabulous and the coffee is always just how you ordered it. The lunches are great particularly the bento boxes. The staff are friendly and very attentive.
The coffee is really great best around. Rose's homemade cakes are excellent. The other food is very good value.
