Came here for a coffee and decided to stay for breakfastOrdered latte with skim milk Unfortunately, coffee is undrinkable Also ordered avocado stack.

My husband and I came here for breakfastI had waffles with fruit and my husband had granola and yogurtBoth were excellent.

We had lunch at this place and they make a really good coffee. We had club sandwichs and cake, I think that they are unique to Perth.

There's heaps of parking and although you have to line up for your order it's value for money. They have decent coffee and tea and the meals aren't gourmet but satisfactory for the price. I wouldn't go there for an "occasion" but a meet up with friends it's fine.
