Starbucks - Mount Laurel

I've also experienced that the coffee served in the evenings is sometimes lukewarm, almost cold, despite the high sales and a strong customer base. On one occasion, I had to ask for a replacement for my cold coffee after specifically requesting a hot one, which was quite disappointing. Just yesterday at 11:30 a.m., the coffee was barely warm. It seems like the coffee machines may not be properly maintained or calibrated for routine upkeep. I've also noticed that the temperature of the hot coffee served here differs from that of other Starbucks locations along Route 38, where I've tasted coffee myself.

The Starbucks is very clean and well-maintained, but I'm not pleased with the new seating arrangement following the remodel.

It's difficult to find a Starbucks that doesn't have friendly, cheerful staff, and this location is no exception. The employees here reinforce my decision to spend $5 on a cup of coffee. While Starbucks may face competition in the coffee market, there’s no rival when it comes to the quality of customer service.
