Rita's Italian Ice - Mount Laurel

This is ALWAYS CLEAN! the staff is more friendly than years ago! And they give you sample to try before you buy! I even got a treat for my dog! What south we called puppies cuppies! He loves her! In fact, even our dog knows Ritas? Like walking? Great location!

The young staff working at the restaurant the other night did an excellent job! It was quite crowded, but they kept the line moving smoothly!

I really enjoy the water ice cream at this store. However, I've noticed that some of the staff could improve their performance. I apologize if any employees read this, but I've only seen a handful of young workers at Rita in recent years. Occasionally, they’ve served me the wrong flavor, and there have been times when they forgot to turn on a machine or something similar. These issues tend to occur especially when I'm ordering ice cream. While I truly love their flavors, I understand that the machines can be tricky to operate.

What more can I say except that I absolutely love Rita's! However, on this visit, they didn’t have any containers for the four-flavor package. I was hoping to sample a few different flavors instead of just sticking with my usual mango.
