Pho Xinh - Mount Laurel

Before Kovid, that was my favorite place. Very tasteful and good meat. They have large Kovid safety measures, such as all plastic utensils, plastic shells and sauces in individual plastic containers. While it is great that they are so safe, the taste of soup tasted differently. It was less tasteful. It seems a little smaller. I wouldn't come back, but I'd pick up.

Food is delicious! Service is always great. I go here twice a month, with my friends and this place never disappoints. The only thing I can say is there is no sugar-free or reduced sugar option for their bubble teas.

Vietnamese cuisine may seem simple, but don’t be fooled. The Pho Tai beef soup offers a comforting warmth, especially on a chilly day. We decided to share just one bowl, convinced it would be enough for both of us. There are many different pho options available to choose from. Additionally, my wife and I enjoyed a spicy papaya salad with shrimp, onions, and nuts. I also had jasmine rice with pork.

The portion sizes are excellent for the price. The pho, spring rolls, and summer rolls are all absolutely delicious. They tend to be quite busy, especially with take-out orders, so be prepared for a wait. However, it's definitely worth it!

Oh my gosh, it was my first time trying pho and I traveled over an hour to get there. The food was incredible! Some reviews mentioned it being underseasoned, but I believe that just lets the flavors of the ingredients shine through. I had the seafood pho, and I could taste each individual flavor distinctly. They offer what I think is mint, bean sprouts, jalapeños, and lime on the side. I mixed everything in another time, and it changed the flavor in a unique way. The broth was amazing; it wasn’t overpowering and didn’t drown out the other flavors. I would definitely make the trip back for more!
