Dunkin' Donuts - Mount Laurel

The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. However, the traffic flow around the parking lot can be confusing for first-time visitors. Many drivers naturally tend to turn right when approaching the building, likely expecting a drive-thru, but it's important to note that there isn't one at this location. Additionally, the traffic direction is opposite to what most drivers typically expect when entering a parking lot.

Times are tough and it really shows. The one person here (and bless her soul) was looking up how to make drinks as she went but might have winged it on my matcha latte (which looks and tastes like a latte poured on top of some of the shamrock powder without mixing). If you need anything, wawa looks like it’s across the street and I really regret not looking for an extra 5 seconds.

I had a wonderfully friendly interaction with the employees and experienced excellent service during my visit. Please note that this location does not currently have a drive-thru, and there is an abandoned sign on the side of the building indicating a previous drive-thru. I visited on Christmas Day, and the staff appeared genuinely happy to be there and eager to assist customers. The dining area was kept very clean and tidy, which added to the overall positive experience.

I always get my morning brew from dunkin, they know exactly what I get and always have it ready for me.

Terrible, terrible experience. I ordered an iced matcha latte and a chai latte and both of them tasted like straight coffee. I also ordered 4 munchkins and she charged me for 5. Stop here to use the bathroom if you need it, but don’t order anything on or off the menu!!
