Taco Bell - Mount Juliet

Hello I would like to complain about my order, I asked for a chicken quesadilla and instead I got a burnt steak quesadilla the line took forever and we didn't even get quality food I can't believe we wasted our money on this.

I was getting my tires rotated next door and walked to this TB. Excellent service from a very kind cashier/server. She was a petite black woman (I wish I had gotten her name), and just as sweet as she could be, wishing me a blessed Christmas. I ordered the chicken power bowl and it was delicious and full. The window washer was there cleaning windows and even he was kind in speaking with customers. I don’t post a lot of reviews but felt I needed to this time; to lift spirits this Season!

Went through the drive thru and had a wonderful experience untill I opened the bag and it was all wrong. I went back and went in and they made my order and had it to me in less than 2 minutes. If it wasn't for that it would have been all 5 stars

Okay so I rode a bike here a few days ago. It was a lil before 11. Anyways there was a boy working there he seemed in hs. We had a lil laugh abt it. I wish I got his name. if your seeing this idk but I thought u were cute

You know what you're getting when you eat at a Taco Bell. Personally, I like it. Dislocation used to be fairly fast, but the last couple of times I visited they were struggling pretty hard to keep up with the orders.
