Bidrage med feedbackI wasn't able to get food!!! Understand that it was busy....but to sit for 20 mins and nobody ever came on the speaker to take my order....when I hit the button for the 3rd time and nobody came on the speaker I just left!!!
Been there 3 times, Once by myself and waited for service for 10 minutes while watching many cars come after me being helped and served their food. Pushed button again waited 5 minutes still no help service while seeing them help others. So went to a stall which others have been helped, served, and left. waited 4-5 minutes and figured they were just refusing to serve me so i left. About a year later my daughter heard from a fried how good their drinks shakes are and wanted me to take her. I explained to her my experience and she tried to excuse it away as an off day etc. So I took her there thinking we would have no problem this time since im trying to show her how i was treated. Guess what, same service....None. About a month later her friend was talking about Sonic and my daughter told her my her experience there. Of course she couldn 't believe it. So I took the whole family and her for another test to show her how they treat me (maybe others). Again not served, but this time i did not wait very long. Just long enough to see people which arrived after me be helped and served before I could even be acknowledged. So I tell everyone to not go there, anyone asks me to go there, I advise somewhere better. You can excuse away the actions of employees in many ways, none of them are right.
Where do I begin? Ordered through the sonic app and arrived at this location to pick up our dinner. The order was delivered. Before we left, we always check our order (because something is always wrong). We were shorted tots and large onion rings. We hit the sonic button and awaited a response. The girl came over the speaker, we explained we were missing items from our order and she proceeded to say; well we are out of onion rings . Ok, I paid for them and you expect me to leave without telling me you were out or ask for a replacement. Where in the world is it ok to steal people 's money? Because that 's basically what your location is doing!!! How dare you and your employees steal from your customers!!! You should never let people leave without their full order and expect that to be acceptable!!! It is inexcusable, ridiculous, and downright horrible business practice! Oh and this is not the first time that 's happened, so please don 't use that as an excuse! It 's a practice at your facility!! Not to mention, our drink order was wrong and one drink came out with zero ice. Let me point out one other thing, the signs plastered all over your building are all misspelled!! UNATTENTED IS NOT A WORD! It should be unattended with a D not a T!
I will not be returning to this Sonic location. I usually order online from here, and it never fails that my order is never fulfilled to my liking. All of the food was both cold and tasted old. The grilled cheese was almost rubbery. The bbq chicken barely had any bbq sauce on it whatsoever. My cherry limeade did not even have any cherries in the cup, which I look forward to whenever I have this drink. I asked for some sauce packets with my order and got none, so it made it all that much harder to choke down this dry, old food. No silverware provided and didn’t even get a mint in the bag. Pitiful.
I ordered the food here from doordash. The food was cheap and good. The problem was that they left out one of my items. I ordered 5 small items and the tater tots were missing. The staff told my dasher that everything was in the bag, but it wasn’t. Dashers are not allowed to look in the bag, but the restaurant is responsible for the order. My dasher was great and felt really bad and also apologized which wasn’t even her fault.
