Riverfront Tavern Mt Juliet

Our Harley Owners Group dined here the other night and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious.

Cool bar with a great location, but the service was really disappointing. We sat at the bar for 15 minutes, and the bartender walked right past us without acknowledging us, although she spoke to other customers. After that, she went into the back and didn’t return to take our drink order. Overall, we were very disappointed.

On Tuesday, we decided to visit this restaurant after experiencing an hour wait at the other two places we tried. I was there with three friends and we started off by ordering some nachos, but when I finally got the waitress's attention, we realized we had not received any napkins. It took another 20 minutes for her to bring them. We ordered five drinks, two orders of French fries, and some onion rings, but they only provided us with five small packets of ketchup—definitely not enough. We ended up waiting another 20 minutes to ask for more ketchup, which they eventually brought. Overall, the service was quite slow and left us feeling a bit frustrated.

I'm a little sad to leave this review because I couldn't eat here. the aesthetic is sweet, and it is close to our house. the personal I interacted with was kind. but unfortunately there is absolutely no access to all allergen information at all. there is nothing online, and no one on the personal knew anything about where to find access to the ingredients in their eating. sadly, we must get out of this place with all the important food allergies, unless something changes over their access to allergen information.

Customer service is excellent. Atmosphere is great. Food is not the best especially for the price. Definitely wasn’t satisfied with the food. Wings seemed under cooked.
