The service was slow despite there being very few customers. When our waitress did her job, she was obviously high, and had a difficult time comprehending anything we had to say. Everyone says the potato soup here is awesome, but to me it was a very salty congealed cheese sauce with french fries in it. I found myself sick shortly after well until the next day. Definitely won't be wasting anymore money here.

First and last time at this location. PLEASE FIRE THE COOK BECAUSE THEY CANT COOK! My son ordered shrimp pasta, it was so dry. My steak and chicken tenders was burnt. I talked to the manager and he brought out more over cooked chicken tenders. It was a total waste of money.

For a Saturday night the place was not very busy at all. Despite the emptiness there was still about a 20 minute wait to be seated. Once we sat down our experience slowly deteriorated... We ordered cocktails from the menu when we placed our food orders and the drinks came to us right before our food was delivered. The rolls were right out of the oven but not soft at all! The potatoe soup was delicious as well as my pasta. My friends steak was undercooked and our waitress didn't come back to check on us until we sent it back by some one else. I give 2 stars because there was little attention given to our overall satisfaction of the evening. Manager should've been checking on tables instead of serving them. This experience did it for me! Will not be coming to the Mt. Juliet location anymore!

Terrible experience here last night. We ordered over $100 of food and the only thing even close to being good was the caramel pie. Chicken tenders WAY over cooked and were more like chicken jerkey. Potato soup was disgusting no bacon or cheese, just very undercooked potatoes and broth. Cheese wedges were barely cooked and the pasta was also old and gross. Needless to say we won't be ordering from them ever again!

Not the best service and very slow. Placed an order online, they were out of multiple items I ordered. Instead of someone calling or sending an email to notify us, they waited until we showed up 30 minutes later to pick up the food then tell us they were out of several items so we then had to wait another 30 minutes for chicken tenders and fries to be cooked.
