Moe's Southwest Grill - Mount Juliet

Came to get Moe’s and I looked online and it said they were open but apparently they have special hours that don’t reflect the times they are open. It’s super disappointing. Moe’s headquarters should look into this.

This place is definitely not average. The staff is great (including me!). Hehe. Von was here!

I visited Moe's today just a minute after they opened, around 10:48 a.m. (The door indicated it was 10:45 a.m.) and was completely disappointed. The food appeared to be at least a day old, and the workspace was in a filthy condition, as if it hadn't been cleaned the night before or that morning. To make matters worse, the staff member there, a Black woman, demonstrated poor customer service skills and had a negative attitude. I ended up leaving and won't be returning. For me, it’s all about the lack of service and accountability.

This restaurant makes a poor attempt to mimic a larger chain. The salsa is awful, and all the meat is dry with no flavor. Overall, the food quality is very disappointing.

The teenagers working herehave a major attitude problem. Charged me for queso then didn’t even put it in my bag. Rice was so hard it could break my tooth. Overpriced for subpar food.
