T-dock West - Mount Ida

This restaurant is located in a peaceful setting right by the lake. The spacious picture window offers a beautiful view of the lake. It was a fantastic sight to see the sunrise over the water! The bed was cozy and the hosts were very welcoming. The dining experience at the restaurant was top-notch and affordable.

My partner and I decided to stay here for one night without knowing what to expect. The reception area is small and resembles that of an old motel, which was not particularly impressive. However, once we entered our cabin, we were pleasantly surprised and asked to extend our stay within an hour! The cabin may not have been luxurious, but it had a separate living room, dining room, and kitchen, and was one of the cleanest and homiest places we have ever stayed. The front door opened up to the lake, while the back door led to the parking area. The grounds and the lake were exceptionally clean and peaceful, despite the presence of many guests. The café did not offer a wide selection, but the service and food were excellent, and it was convenient to have it on-site. The pool looked inviting, although we did not have the chance to take a dip. While the place may be a bit outdated, the cleanliness is unmatched. We will definitely return when in the area.

Our cabin sleeps 4 people and has a fully equipped kitchen. We brought our own food to cook. The lake has beautiful crystal clear waters. We are looking forward to booking another cabin and coming back for a third time. October is a beautiful time to visit, with colorful trees and hot springs nearby. There is a nice grill outside for cooking. The evenings are beautiful for sitting outside. We wish we could have stayed longer than a week.

Everything didn't work. this place is totally sucked. I decided to visit this resort for the first time for my birthday weekend as a departure. almost everything that could go wrong did. I had plans to get a few massages that use hot tubule, and my friend ordered me a special cake from the resorts catering. the hot tube was out of operation, our whole stay. one of the staffed spas who was sick so we were not able to make the couples massage. they were not able to redesign our massage for the entire stay, so we could not do that. the catering is extremely expensive. we have a small vanilla cake (because it was only 2 of us) that came covered with macaroons and chocolate strawberry 100. it was nice, but the cake was dry and aromatic not until the price. we hit the cabbage LATE. it was believed that we were there on the first day, but was not there until the second day. and no, of course they did not give us a discount on the cake for their mistake. after these mistakes they gave us a night of our stay. the manager said he'd ask someone if he got us a discount on the cake. he also said that he was getting acquainted with someone about us to get back and have some nights free or next trip. Of course, we never got from him again. my friend called and nothing. in general the rooms were nice and clean, but could have been better designed. in the bathroom they did not leave enough space between the door and floor. the door couldn't close all the way, as the floor showed up high. I wouldn't stay here again.

Beautiful view sitting outside the back door makes the rooms not so bad. Rooms look as though they have never been updated since the 60’s. Would stay here again because of the view. We spent every evening in the back visiting with our colleagues so not much time in the room. Cafe was good, they will cook your fish for a few
