Sorrentos Cafe - Mount Gambier

Had eaten here for dinner a few years ago but on this trip thought we'd try the breakfast. We were not disappointed. Good choice of dishes, superbly cooked eggs and the best coffee I've had in a long time. Combined with terrific service and you've got the perfect breakfast spot.

We had one serve of Fish of the day due to late arrival and the general menu with soup and meat. Food & dessert were a wonderful treat for 9 hungry guests. Customer service was the best out of all

This café is amongst one of my favourites in Mount Gambier and provides a delightful atmosphere with a wealth of comfortable seating and good service makes this a great café to meet your friends to catch up for a coffee and cake, or a beautiful meal to entice many different tastes. My favourites being their homemade pizzas - yum - a delightful spot to have a lazy Sunday morning breakfast whether it be inside close to the warm surrounds or outside when the weather is finer and you can take in the local vistas of the Cave Gardens opposite this café.. a must when next you visit Mount Gambier..

We stopped here before our road trip back to Melbourne. Lively little cafe with a good selection for breakfast lunch and dinner, reasonable prices too. Bonus, one of the tourist stops here is just across the street, Cave Gardens.
