Philly Pretzel Factory - Mount Ephraim

Walked in there around 2pm with my mother and the women at the counter rolled her eyes at my mother before she even said hello if she said hello at all. When asked if there was a problem she said nothing just looking ugly I really hope someone slaps the dogs hit outta her as much as I wanted to because I love Philly pretzels.

Yum! Out of state so we tried the pretzel dogs and cinnamon pretzel bites and they were both outstanding! The hot dog had excellent flavor and the pretzel was cooked perfectly. The cinnamon pretzel bites with the buttercream frosting complimented it perfectly. We highly recommend it to all who love a good pretzel! Glad we stopped!

The man taking the order, had no gloves on, was handling money and kept rubbing his beard, and then touching the pretzels. I walked out don’t want pretzels from here ever again. very unsanitary Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

My pretzel was warm and fresh. The girl who helped me was very nice.
