Oliver Brown Belgian Chocolate Cafe

This is my favorite coffee shop that I visit frequently. The staff knows me so well that they start making my coffee before I even place my order. The service is excellent, and they serve a large cup of coffee in a cozy environment. What can I say? This place is simply outstanding.

Eating is under average that they don't make breakfast. stale bungalows lachs open melt. microwave stale muffin . coffee is averaged for the cost they can get better in mt druitt. very disappointed after excellent meal and service at macarthur

I was complaining about the food I didn't even ask and as a lot told me that I confirmed my order, ridiculous and very rude service by manager and staff. I wish I could evaluate it less than one.

I met a customer for a meeting at this restaurant. We requested a certain type of chocolate but the employee at the register said they didn't have the price for it and didn't know what it was. They asked another employee who attempted to locate it in the back, suggesting it may have been delivered. The original employee mentioned that they don't eat chocolate. It was a bit disappointing to receive this kind of service from a company that boasts about being a chocolate cafe.

I visited Oliver Brown for a waffle for two and requested chocolate ice cream, but was told it was not possible. This was not my first time at Oliver Brown as I often visit their cafes and always order waffles with chocolate ice cream. When the waffles arrived on one small plate, I asked for an extra sharing plate, but was told they do not provide them. The waiter mentioned something about a lower price when ordering two. I did not feel like arguing, so I had to share the waffles on a crowded small plate in the middle of the table. I will not be returning due to the poor service.
