Bidrage med feedbackThe manager Jay of this restaurant was SO rude. I told him the website took my money but he said he wasn't seeing it and it was my problem. I asked for a manager and he laughed and said I was talking to him. Brand new restaurant and already disgusted with this atmosphere and their staff.
The local DQ in town. They always got what I'm looking for. The food is mostly prepped to order, so there is a little bit of a wait time. A little skimpy on the fries and onion rings. Never a bad experience.Kid-friendliness: Kids love DQ!
We were refused the restroom by a very mean, older woman. As 6 adults traveling to Galena, Illinois, we wanted to wash our hands first, then order ice cream, she yelled at us no, you buy first, restrooms are locked We left. We were so flabbergasted, we thought we were on a prank show!
Terrible. Lady behind the counter was so rude. My ice cream dipped cone tasted terrible. The chocolate dip tasted like wax. Very disappointing. Will not go back.
No appreciation for veterans on Veterans Day, was told to leave when I asked if they had a free blizzard for veterans.
