Hungry Jacks Caroline Springs

Been here a few times as i live in the area but its up and down more than a yo-yo.. sometime your lucky, and drinks are cold and chips are hot, but more often than not, it's the other way around...Ive had to wait a while for the food, witch makes you think they are cooking fresh stuff, only to have chips served to you that makes you think they got reheated in the microwave...

What can I say, we ate there a couple of times and it was clean and the food was as you would expect, I was careful not to drive in there if I was going to Melbourne as, for me, I then had trouble getting back on the the correct road.I received good service here and it was quite quick, there is a service station next door and a club very close by, if you feel like a reasonably priced burger and cup of coke, it is hard to beat

I had a light meal of a bacon and egg breakfast burger and an expresso coffee for breakfast prior to a doctors appointment next door.I like the 60s decor and various paraphernalia on the walls.There was only one girl serving and she appeared to be struggling with the 6 customers and the drive through. She actually swapped with the girl in the kitchen during my order. I could only describe it as painful watching this. The only positive was that my $2 medium expresso was upgraded to a large as they had no more medium cups left.

Firstly, the Rebel Worm burger, which was advertised as vegan, was cooked with meat! Then, we ordered another burger that was also advertised as vegan, as well as the vegan Helper. However, it turned out to be a dry bun with a potato patty and a piece of onion...no sauce or anything! Very disappointing and felt like false advertising.

I have been to this restaurant a few times since I live nearby, but the quality varies greatly. Sometimes their food and drinks are served cold and the chips are hot, but more often than not, it's the opposite. There have been times when I had to wait a long time for my order. While dining there, it seems as though they use fresh ingredients to make your meal, but when the chips arrive, it makes you think they were reheated in the microwave.
