Lu Joe's Lounge - Mount Airy

This is a fantastic local restaurant. Both the American and Thai dishes are delightful.

The service here is excellent, and the dining room has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The food is reasonably priced, served quickly, and arrives hot. You definitely have to try the Thai menu!

Great Menu, Great service, Friendly Staff. The menu is amazing,, home favorites like Big Club Sandwich, burgers, meatloaf, Hot ROAST BEEF, gravy and Fries,, but also a large Seafood selection and a Whole page to Asian/ Thai favorites. Big Bar, daily specials! A must try place..

Not a tremendous restaurant, but what they lack in space they make up for in variety and (more importantly) quality of the food and service. We started with the vegetable spring rolls, seafood dumplings and crying tiger (steak with very spicy sauce) all were excellent, especially the crab shrimp dumplings. We moved on to a well prepared shrimp penang curry, excellent chicken satay, and the best Pad Thai I've ever tasted. We hear that the American side of the menu
