Casey's - Mound City

One of the single most disgusting bathrooms I've ever seen at a Casey's. I mean it's BAD.

We were just here, 7:35 pm on a Friday night. No toilet paper in the women's restroom. 1 cashier only and she was VERY busy and a line backed up! I asked a kitchen employee that was filling his fountain drink up if could please make some tea. He replied No that's her job. I said well she is really busy and that's real nice teamwork kinda attitude! This Casey's is always busy and always out of tea! Also tried yo get gas but the pump would not pump. It took 15 minutes to get 3 gallons of gas so we stopped and went across the street for gas and tea...what a shame because I love Casey's but not this one!

TRASH.ON A SATURDAY NIGHT THEY shut off all the pumps and locked the doors at 10:59 when there was a ton of ppl at the pumps. Couldn’t even finish filling up

It 's busy, I understand that, but when you build a truck stop in an underserved area, buy more land. This place is too cramped and chaotic, I 'll stop at a real truck stop where you can get in and out with ease.I went inside to get a coffee and a donut. It was busy, I was eleventh in line and there were people behind me. Not to mention the locals that were letting their friends in....oh joy! And, if you 're going to close a register, close the one at the front door, as that one being the only one open was causing a major traffic jam at the door. Nobody wanted to back up to let people through, I felt sorry for the cashier having to deal with this.The question that needs to be asked is why so small? The property up there is obviously cheaper than say Overland Park or Shawnee Mission and all of the stores are new(er) The ones OP and SM have way more pumps and the store is bigger, so somebody failed big time in the planning department at HQ.I thought the funniest part was when I tried to leave and I was blocked front and back for about 3 minutes, both gals in big dually trucks. I started to get mad, but I figured this was God 's way of telling me to never come back. I listen to divine intervention and any sane person should do the same. I 'm going back to gassing up in Omaha and KC and just avoiding the hootenanny.
