Fantastic food! Really loved the food quality and serving.

Pretty good compared to many other fast food at this KFC food is almost always prepared right.

Food was okay, just way overpriced for what you get. $20 family fillup? More like $20 ripoff. It costs them less than $1 to make. Service and atmosphere has completely tanked over the past couple of years. I 'm not sure how they expect to stay in business for too much longer. This place was much better when it was KFC/Taco Bell, and had a solid crew to back it.

Very untrained staff. They gave my order to a drive thru customer and I waited quite a long time for my order. Had to do the order kiosk while the staff were running around in the back. Seemed overly hectic.

Came in after a long road trip and went to order food. The worker asked me if o wanted to order food, obviously yes. So they told me I had to use kiosk to order. So I didn’t order, I won’t order from an establishment that hired these individuals to serve and they are too lazy to take an order from me personally. Absolutely poor service and poor policy. The kicker was the “tip” jar on the counter. You can’t be bothered to take an order but you want me to tip you after I do your job and place my own order. Have a feeling owners of this franchise location has no idea this is what’s being done. They weren’t busy at all.
