Ratskeller - Mosbach

Came to the afternoon quite late, yet we should order without comment. on time at 14:30 a.m., the bill came unworn, although we were not finished yet!Lasagne who was not eaten, we wanted to take along, "no suitable packaging available" said the good man!? did not want to drink an espresso afterwards, that is, "the coffee machine is out"! Unbelievable!A cannon for the otherwise good hospitality at any other Italian!

We're just coming out of food. the muddles I ordered were not edible - dry and fades, no longer really freshly tasting clam meat, little sud. after after seasoning with salt, pepper and lemon it was not better. I let the muddles go back. the waiter still asked if the mosquitoes should be cooked again - no. I then ordered pizza, the cuddles were past me (I know how to taste muddles). the best to conclude: we had to pay the inedible cuddles even more. the consumed pizza of course also. in law, of course, in order - but the concept of services and, in addition, business policy is disastrous. never again.

Pizza was made with deep-cooled floor, and the was very salty and also burned (price 6.50€). the supplemental salad (1.00€) was strongly acidic, safe without balsamico/olive oil. service attentive and friendly. ambiente acts as if it had not been touched for a long time.

Eating and service was not worth returning. this is one of those places I prefer to forget and not go again.

Visit in september 2014. I wanted to eat there, but my brother and I used the facilities first. the owner came up the stairs and told us that we had to pay 3 euro to use the toilets if we don't eat here. he was very aggressive. my man was downstairs and asked him about it. still arrogant and "on the war path", the owner continued that the tourists only use the facilities, etc. we said we understand where he comes from, but the "tone dictates the music" and the customer is considered king. He answered well when they think they are the king, then I am the imperial. unnecessarily mention that we haven't eaten there.
