Bidrage med feedbackBeautiful sun terrace for a drink, but we made the mistake, too late at lunch and we were hungry! I still have starving at midday! small portions, limited menu (probably good if they like bark and are quite charged! fairly expensive. service was...Disappointing for the price of the restaurant- offered no brot or water. pizza was burned on basic. very kartoffel hard on most other options.
Please think carefully before using this restaurant. we did not know until they had set themselves that they use live animals to “retain” customers. a young owl (the first staffel “entry guests” was used to perform an indoor ad, she handler had difficultities to obey it, the. owl then clear was disturbed and instead of flying to the dealer colleague, flew on a light fitting (probably burn and then just flew into a glass window, stunned the vogel was quickly taken away and diner said. we have gone because we refused to order food and support such a place. my daughter asked the son on the way out and said it wasn't different from a zoo or a rehearsal and we were just sensitive. in 2020 we do not have to use animals as “conservation”
Very poor selection of food. But then Waited upto an hour to get a main course ! Menu not that great even for the mountains ... only upside going here is view and fact great drag lift for children to ski while parents eat... Although...the bird show was interesting for children I would love to know where these birds are kept ? And think focusing on the food would be better the trying to make an eagle perform..
Very quiet in early summer, sitting outside on the balcony with a great view over the mountains. Staff were quick and helpful, and the food was very good similar menu to most of the local Savoyard restaurants, but really good aubergine, sun dried tomato and...goats cheese tart and very generous beef tartare. Kids menu is a little limited (steak hache or chicken nuggets) but an assiette of charcuterie went down very well. Would certainly recommend stopping for a bite on the way up to the summit.
Situated close to the chair lift at the bottom of the "bowl" you can ski straight in and we had no trouble at all getting a table (12.30ish). It was a gloriously sunny day so we sat outside on the veranda and our waiter even provided straw hats to protect us from the sun!The food is good and plenty of it and service was spot-on - just what we wanted after a hard morning skiing. After lunch we moved to the deck chairs to soak up some more sun and were very entertained by a group who were practising some jumps on the slope just in front of the restaurant......and that bit cost nothing!!
