Went to Dragon Place for Yum Cha a couple of Sundays ago for a catch up with friends and came away surprized by the experience. The food is not paraded in the usual way i.e on trolleys or trains, its ordered and cooked to order...More

My last experience at this restaurant involved the owner spilling my wine and not offering to replace it. This time, it appears they are unable to open champagne, though appear happy to offer ex gratia advice on how l should do this myself as apparently after many years of opening champagne bottles l do not know how to do it correctly. Now this would be fine if the waiters in this establishment knew which way to serve food and remove plates. So service aside, the food was average, prawns were tough (though we were told they were "expensive"). Beef main was fine, but "Home Made" Dim Sims should never be made with poor quality sausage meat.

Overall quite good but still need to do better ,when you but crab on your menu it should be crab not the pretend stuff you buy from Coles, and meals should be served together{2 people} not 5 mins apart ,

Wonderful restaurant - stayed open late to accommodate a group booking. Seafood Nest was a highlight. Food was very fresh and delicious.
