1. In the center of the dining area, there's a moped. 2. A large mixed-breed dog is sleeping in the middle of the hall, occasionally barking at customers; parents are advised to pick up their children. 3. The tables are dusty, and the benches are greasy and worn out. 4. We ordered a strawberry cocktail but were instead given a vanilla one; the bill included the strawberry one. 5. We ordered a 0.33L Pepsi but were served a 0.5L Coke. When we requested a corrected bill, the waiter explained that the cash register wasn't properly programmed and insisted we pay for the 0.5L Coke. 6. They do not issue fiscal receipts. 7. To circumvent tax regulations, and likely with the management's knowledge, payments are requested to be made by transferring money to the number +7 978 10 ***, supposedly to an individual named B. I. M. Overall, for the discrediting of the name "Rusich," they should be held accountable.

Not good at all. It feels outdated. The alcohol is expensive and of poor quality. The premises are not well-maintained.
