My food was hot and the service was polite and friendly.

Really good food, great employees I see all these complains and honestly they just don't know what's going on (people should come here a lotmore often)

The food was terrible. The chicken sandwich was like it was 2 days old and microwave heat up. The burgers had all wilted vegetable toppings. I will not be back to a Wendy's until they make a.bog change.

Came to this location to redeem my ofpromo offer no one at this location is not aware of how to redeem your promo offers when using app or ordering inside. MaManager name is Trcs and she was unable to find figure out herself .I really hope you are able to properly train and use for the best interest of your store location and next customer that may attempt to use the Wendy's app to order

I regret to inform you about the utterly disappointing experience my girlfriend had at your establishment recently. Not only were the fries served cold, but her burger lacked the sauce that was supposed to accompany it. Additionally, the absence of napkins in the bag was incredibly inconvenient.Moreover, the food she received not only left her feeling tired and unwell, but it was also so unsatisfactory that she couldn't even finish her meal. The bacon on her burger looked peculiar and unappetizing, while the burger itself was disappointingly bland. What's worse, the food seemed off and, to add to the discomfort, she experienced difficulties swallowing and repeatedly choked on it.This experience was far from acceptable. We expect a certain standard when dining out, and unfortunately, Wendy's failed to meet even the most basic expectations. We hope for a prompt resolution and improvements to prevent other customers from enduring such disappointing encounters in the future.
