The service was quite slow, and my order was incorrect nearly every time. The staff seemed rude and had a bit of an attitude. It's disappointing, especially considering the nature of the job.

The service here is just awful. I frequently order online, but every time I go in to place an order, I end up waiting 10 minutes only to find out that they don't have anything available.

This location is hit or miss. They always have ants crawling on the speaker. You can go to the second speaker and cut someone in line which is annoying. I usually do better ordering during breakfast time. Lunch and dinner is normally a train wreck. I order very slowly and my order is still messed up. They charge $0.38 for dipping sauce. The team didn't know what came on a sandwich, had to send it back twice because the staff doesn't know their own menu. Depends on who is working, some people are nice, some people are nasty. Fries are never consistent, sometimes they are hot and fresh so you go back expecting that taste, but no, you get old cold fries that look like someone stomped on them. I typically don't have to wait too long so no complaints there.

The food was horrible, burnt sandwich, Don't go here. This used to be good, but that was years ago.
