Domino's Pizza - Morrisville

I always get carryout at this Domino's. So easy to order online, great deals for great pizza, top-notch customer service every time, and they always get my special-request orders just right! I love this Domino's!! [9825 E Chapel Hill Rd]

One of the worst dominos store I have ever come across. Order a large pizza with black olives and onions as toppings. There was a piece of tire in my pizza. The store manage was not ready to take responsibility for what happened and he just shut the door on me. Filed complaint through the customer care. If you value your health and life don?t ever order pizza from this location ever.

Good food and always met with a smile! Its literally my favorite pizza place to pick my pizza up from! Love the employees energetic and fun atmosphere while I wait for my order!! Always friendly and accommodating! A great pizza with a nice amount of cheese which is a higher quality cheese because there was no oil all over the crust or cheese like you get from so many other shops. We really liked this pizza!

After waiting 45 minutes, we called again, only to be told that the delivery driver had returned to the restaurant because he couldn't get in touch with us! The driver never called or knocked on our door. On top of that, their online tracking system is awful, claiming the order would arrive within 10 minutes. Every time we called for an update, we were put on hold, until the call eventually dropped. I decided to go to the restaurant to pick it up myself, and I saw at least 10 employees inside, along with some customers waiting outside. The manager refused to come out and speak with me, saying they don't allow anyone inside the restaurant. Instead, he sent someone else to say I would have to wait another 40 minutes because the food was still cooking. Seriously?! After waiting for 2 hours, I had to choose between waiting longer or getting a refund. I will never order from this place again, no matter how close to home it is.

I had a great experience with the staff! They were knowledgeable and helpful when it came to pricing and specials. Thank you for your excellent service! I highly recommend this place!
