Terrible service, they should change the staff, because those who serve are always bitter.

We arrived today, Sunday, May 26, at 7:55 and a waiter greeted us with a bad face and informed us that there was no service at the tables. We responded that they closed at 8:30 pm and he rudely informed us that he would NOT serve us at the table and that only to take away. What a shame to find this TERRIBLE SERVICE! I will never come back

I have visited this establishment a few times, and while the food itself is quite good, the atmosphere and service have not been very comfortable or welcoming. During my most recent visit yesterday, the staff seemed to be acting strangely and were laughing at me in an off-putting way.As I approached the counter to look at the menu, I noticed one of the employees walk over to the tip jar and start moving the money to another location, seemingly implying that they thought I might try to steal the small amount of change. The employees continued to stare at me and laugh, which made me feel very unwelcome.When I went to sit down, the staff member taking orders asked me if I still wanted to place an order, but did so in a mocking tone while continuing to laugh. Overall, I left feeling that the front-of-house employees exhibited prejudiced and unprofessional behavior that ruined my dining experience, despite the quality of the food. I hope the management addresses this issue with the staff.

We walked in at 7:48 and said there closed while sign said outside said 8:30 and everywhere else it did too, and the lady upfront was rude and obnoxious wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone and the obnoxious lady need to be fired, we love pollos pocalor but after today my mind has changed

I was at this restaurant days ago since this place had been recommended to me. I was very disappointed to see the attention they gave me, starting with the young man at the cash register and the other Colombian cashier. I just wanted to be able to bring a fresh chicken but for asking three times this young man told me not to buy anything, that he better give me my money back, I told him that I didn't want the money but the chicken and they were going to give me a burnt and old looking chicken So, feeling poorly cared for, I preferred to leave the place, which no one cared about. I think this customer service is terrible, especially for people with attitudes as ignorant as these guys.
