Bidrage med feedbackI order weekly. I have a few friends over so we ordered 10 pizzas online. I immediately got a call and I figured it was them telling me that it would take longer. No big deal. The guy calling sounded annoyed and told me that they wouldn’t be able to make more than 4 pizzas. I said I’d ordered more than 4 before and I was willing to wait. He started ranting that no one should have ever made me more than 4 and that they can’t make dough and make pizzas. I couldn’t get a word in edgewise through his rant so I hung up because I didn’t feel like being lectured to when trying to order food. He then proceeded to call my phone over and over until I answered and he started yelling I was banned from there so I hung up again. I went for convenience but it’s not worth the treatment.
Pizza is great but service not so much. Staff always seems bothered that you came in even for carryout.
The customer service here is fantastic and friendly. The quality and portion size of the food are absolutely worth the price. Marcos is the best pizza place, and it's very clean as well.
I had a footlong steak sub and some amazing pizza, both of which were fantastic. Last Friday, I enjoyed them so much that I returned on Sunday for another steak sub. Unfortunately, they didn't receive any in the delivery, which was disappointing. Instead, I tried the chicken club, and it was great! I requested no mayo and no tomatoes, but I also missed out on the banana peppers, which would have made it even better. Overall, the food was excellent!
I placed an order through their app at 8:58 PM for pickup, and was informed it would be ready by 10:01 PM. I thought that was a bit long, considering their stated hours are until 11:00 PM, but I didn’t have a problem with it at first. About ten minutes later, I received a phone call from an employee who rather rudely informed me that they were not accepting any orders because it was Halloween. This left us scrambling for alternative dinner options. As we drove by, we noticed the restaurant. Were they overwhelmed? Not at all. Were they open? Yes! It seemed like the employees simply didn’t want to process my order. In my experience, alienating regular customers is a dangerous game in the food service industry.
