Longhorn Steakhouse - Morristown

Typically Longhorn is top notch. Our last visit was far from the norm. The good: soup, salad and the chocolate stampede dessert was great. The bad: Took 30 minutes to get our salads and soup. We actually had to remind the waitress that we were still waiting. The ugly: my ribeye was so tough that I could barely cut it or chew it. I took 2/3 of the steak home for my dog. Again, as stated at the start of the review, this is out of the norm. We will probably give this establishment another chance, but just very disappointed with this visit.

I don't know if they had the D team in today or what, but it took 40 minutes after placing our order to receive it despite the building only being at 2/3 capacity. And when we did receive our food, it was nearly inedible due to the sheer amount of salt on it. I hope Longhorn's other menu items actually incorporate fresh herbs and other flavors into them and I hope this was just an off day. Regardless, we don't plan on coming back any time soon.Dietary restrictions: If you struggle with elevated blood pressure or hypertension, ask your server to beg the kitchen staff to exercise self control when seasoning your food.

We had very poor service during this visit.We had to get a manager involved due to the excessive wait time, inability and attitude of our server to provide even average service. One of our party received their meal at least 15-20 minutes before the other meals were served (lunch salads/soups! It took over an hour to get our meals. Allthough the manager discounted our order 25% and provided a 10.00 voucher we used towards our meal which we appreciated, our lunch with an out of state friend visiting with us was ruined.I doubt my husband and I who are locals will be back for a very, LONG time. Many other restaurant options in Morristown!!

Had salmon with steamed broccoli and French onion soup. It was really good. Im picky about French onion soup, and theirs never disappoints. Great service.

This was an amazing experience the food was beyond fenamial. I would highly recommend this steakhouse to everyone. Thank you for such an amazing night.
