Bidrage med feedbackI visited today to order a large caramel and pumpkin coffee with cream and sugar, but unfortunately, my drink didn't have any caramel or pumpkin flavor, nor did it have any cream or sugar. The sticker on my cup showed the correct order, but the coffee also tasted burnt. This isn’t the first time I've had issues with this Dunkin'. I’d rate my experience a 1 out of 10, and I’m likely not coming back to this location.
I seriously waited in line for 10 min, just to get to the speaker wait another 5 min for someone to answer. Then im told they have NO food what so ever, no ice coffee.. what a waste of my time .
I've visited this restaurant twice in the past two weeks. I ordered ahead through the app for a 'walk-in,' but when I arrived, the lobby door was locked due to staffing issues. I'm not upset about the lack of staff; my frustration lies with the fact that I was allowed to place an order for a walk-in only to face a 20-minute wait in the drive-thru. They could easily turn off mobile ordering if they needed to, but it seems like they're just not willing to do that. My recommendation? Go somewhere else.
Staff is friendly but why are we waiting in the drive thru lane for 30+min!? Totally unacceptable. I feel like most of the times I come to this locations (not often) we are waiting 15+ min in drive thru.
They serve great coffee—it's not overly strong, but it's definitely enjoyable. I prefer their cold foam to Starbucks, although the service tends to be quite slow. This was an issue even before COVID and the staffing challenges. However, the staff here is incredibly friendly.
