Charleys Philly Steaks - Morris

Ordered a sandwich. Last time I ate there, there were mideast people working. The food was excellent. This time two young Americans and one young American woman. It was horrible. Left a terrible taste in my mouth. I will never eat here again. Ever.

The cleanliness and quality of the Charley's you get is good but over the past several years everyone that works there has to be reminded thar pickles actually do exist and I shouldn't have to repeat my order twice to get something as simple as that every time I visit this particular Charley's. If I ask for a sandwich with everything on it why do I keep having to check my box and chase down my pickle lol.Other than that, this location is a 5/5

Terrible customer service....smug, non-attentive they/she/it working register.

Stopped here twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. Dinner I got the California chicken, asked for toppings (lettuce tomato pickle) and got a sandwich with just meat and cheese. Stopped for breakfast at 9:30, took a step towards the register and was told they are closed by the person behind the counter so didn't get anything. Definitely not worth stopping at.

Staff were very rude! My husband and I ordered 2 separate orders and they put them in the same box so we asked them to separate them and they handed us a box. Wouldn't separate them saying they couldn't touch them due to covid restrictions but none were wearing masks. Cashier got mad because she kept asking if we wanted chicken instead of steak on Old Fashion Cheesesteak, she snatched from us then told other workers he scared her. She was also really rude and snappy with the customer behind us in line. SATURDAY, July 29, 2023. Order #160 2:00pm
