The portion sizes were excellent, and the service was impeccable. The establishment was clean and well-maintained. While the ribs had a bit of dryness to them, they were still packed with flavor. The chicken also leaned towards being dry but was very tasty. However, I regretted choosing the brisket. We sampled various side dishes, and nearly all of them were quite good, although the flour tortilla was just average. I particularly enjoyed the taco salad, even if most of my friends left it untouched. It had a satisfying amount of beef, and I appreciated the processed cheese (which is a personal favorite) paired with a crispy taco shell. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

Food is good. Get the HICKORY SMOKED SPARE RIBS instead of the Baby back ribs. Lets just say our baby back ribs were a bit too well done. Next time we'll get the sandwiches and the steaks.
