This is a useful toobab shopping for provisioning vegan food in the Caribbean. Although expensive and with a fascistic dress code. It has tempeh, tofu, coriander (flown from the USA!?! sprouted seeds, various fresh produce, real bread (German style , and ONLY one vegan burger (most their frozen food is only suitable for ovum eaters but it's a nice one by Kelloggs. This is the cheapest place to stock up in the Grenadines and essential for the vegan sailor heading North to the keys.
