La Plage - Morjim

Horrible place to be at. Unfriendly staff and miserable food. Either they aren’t what they used to be or Goa has better places to be at. I wouldn’t recommend La Plage anymore. Also be ware of a new scam of La Plage, if u forget to get the parking card stamped, you will be sent back and asked to get the same stamped. The accounts desk will ask you and pursue for a dessert as they don’t recall your meal.

Went after two years to a regular favourite, La Plage, only to discover how much the food quality has deteriorated. Ordered two dishes the chicken on house made tagliatelle and beef in pepper sauce. The tagliatelle dish was cooked in a very pungent awful tasting oil that made the dish unpalatable. The veggies in the beef steak were also not fresh and bitter, esp the lettuce. The pepper sauce was overbearing as well. It was not our first time ordering the steak, but a total disappointment this time.

La plage is a lovely place offering freshly prepared delicious dishes. I really liked the stuffed crab dish and baby chicken burgers plate. All dishes come accompanied by fresh salads and burgers with potato fries. The decor here is beautiful,simple and different.
