Saladworks - Morgantown

I have has several issues with this place. Rude employees and soup being out. No I have seen soup burned current employees getting attitudes with cuatomers and screwing up. Too long of a wait as well.

We have been going here for years! The staff are always courteous, and can answer questions about all the choices available now. The ingredients are always fresh and tasty. We always look forward to the seasonal rotations offered on the menu. Side note: The soups and new fruit smoothie menu are great as well!

Customer service was bad they seemed like they didn’t even want to help us and they barely gave me and fruit for my side and my strawberries were rotten with mold on them and there were rotten pieces of lettuce on our salad.

I called at 7:30pm and the girl that answered the phone was extremely rude. She answered and said saladworks , I was polite and asked if they were open because Google says they are but everywhere I try to get delivery says the opposite. She says, with an attitude, we 've been closing at 7 for the past month now and hung up. I 'm not from the area, so how would I know that when Google says the store is open?

I would do zero stars if it was possible. They consistently mess up our order so this time we called to see what the problem is and the manager proceeded to cuss at us and belittle us. Very unprofessional and not happy with the customer service we received at all
