Saigon Pho Kitchen - Morgantown

Four of us went to lunch and everyone got either the banh mi sandwich or vegan pho. we also shared fried veggie dumplings and veggie feed rolls (with a soft white rice paper wrapper, not roasted) baked dumplings were delicious and came to dip with a sweet soy sauce. the early roll, as if they were a day old. if they have ever put in the refrigerator over the night of spring rolls, the wrappers become hard, and that's exactly what they tasted. the banh mi sandwiches were huge and fantastic (they have no vegan mayo, so they tell them that they leave from mayo.) they have a selection of steamed tofu, fried tofu or grilled tofu. there was also a mock meat option, but I did not ask if it was vegan because we wanted to refu. and tell them that they left the meat cake that shows on the kiosk as option for the vegetarian banh mi. I don’t know what would have happened if we didn’t check the box for “no godfather” for our vegetarian banh mi. the brot was perfectly slightly crispy on the outside and soft and padded on the inside. the name of the pho was quite disappointing. the noodles did not taste like fresh reisnudels that have this characteristic elasticity and chew. that were much softer reisnudels, which tasted like dried reisnudels. instead of being chewy and easily stretchable, they easily break up when they pick them up with their hopsticks. the broth had very little taste, but that can be rectified at the dipping something. I love their toppings bar! they had hot soße, crispy fried tweebeln, beeping, lime wedge, fresh thai basilikum, fresh cilantro, eddies and more! they help themselves and top their pho or sandwich or nudel bowl with everything they want! the toppings bar is the reason why I give it 3 stars instead of 2. I also liked that we could help ourselves to water and so to ice. no need to wait for a refill. the kiosk to order is confusing. the physical menu has a veg*n page, but on the kiosk, the veg*n elements are scattered in the entire menu. if they prefer, they can order at the switch from an actual person.

I had the vegetarian pho and the vegetarian railway mi. Both were fantastic! the service is really fast and the portions are a beautiful, large size. a favorite in morgantown!

I dined at this restaurant for the first time tonight and I must say, the food and ambiance were fantastic. Although I was a bit unsure about the menu, the owner was very helpful in guiding us and assisting us with ordering at the kiosk. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience and I highly recommend it!

I recently dined at PHO REAL and it was the best meal I've had in a long time! I highly recommend trying the Banh Mi Chicken Sandwich and the Pho Bo Brisket. I'm thrilled to have this restaurant in Morgantown!

I visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday and I will definitely return! The vegetarian pho was just as good as pho I've had in Baltimore, DC, and Philly. The flavor was delicious and the portions were generous. I'm thrilled to have more ethnic and vegetarian options in Morgantown.
