Peking House - Morgantown

It was great. Prices were great. Only one waitress waiting the whole place but she did a great job highly recommend.

Very quiet as I waited for pickup. I remembered a restaurant in Virginia. Food was tasteful and large portions.

Service was unfriendly almost rude. Keep in mind this is not a buffet style Peking. Rice tastes like it was cooked in old oil. Place was clean.

It's gotten to be a bit run down over the years. If you plan to visit, lunch is the time to go. I've not been a fan of the food for dinner. There's a standard lunch menu to choose from and each comes with a veggie roll, the main, some hot tea and a soup of choice. I always order the chicken with garlic sauce. The chicken was quite sparse, maybe only a few bites, though the rest of the meal was good. The veggie roll is usually saturated with oil, so if you're sensitive to that, heads up.

The atmosphere was 'deserted '!! I didn 't care for the broccoli and beef, I 've had better delivery broccoli beef from Great Wall. It has been years since I 'd been to the Peking House and I won 't be returning anytime soon.
