Grazer’s Chop House - Morgantown

This restaurant was impressive with its delicious food, and I found the prices to be reasonable. The negative reviews seem overly critical to me! I believe this place is absolutely worth trying. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is kept very clean. They also offer a fantastic menu with a wide selection of high-quality dishes.

I was really disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The food is good, but the bar experience has been the worst lately. When the place first opened, the staff was very attentive. We usually enjoy sitting at the bar to eat, but tonight, we weren't even acknowledged. Several staff members walked behind the bar and just ignored us. After waiting for 10 minutes, we decided to leave. The bartender with the ponytail came off as arrogant and made it clear that he’s in law school. I really hope the service can return to what it used to be.

I really wanted to eat here tonight. I sat at the bar and noticed multiple employees walking by without acknowledging me. After waiting for 15 minutes and seeing people pass right by, we decided to leave. Another couple on a business trip left right after us. It's disappointing because we really enjoy their food. I would have been willing to wait longer if someone had just acknowledged us.

Usually Grazers is a great experience. Tonight was not. Terrible service, and worse manager. Waitress should not have been in that position as she could only carry one drink/food item at a time. Drinks took forever, and was not the bartender fault as other tables received theirs. I tried to go to bar to get my own drinks but the bartender wouldn’t serve me as I had a table, so our table was stuck waiting even longer. We hardly received our first round by the time the entree was out. Only a table of 5. Manager walked around as if nothing was wrong in her restaurant. My steak literally came by itself on the plate, not accompanied by greens/roasted garlic. (Roasted garlic is really good and is supposed to come with every 40 dollar steak)Overall bad experience, needs a management change and some members of wait staff need held accountable for their lack of service.

I've eaten here twice. I find the appetizers are much better than the actual entrées. Very overpriced for what it is. Last time I ate here my steak (medium) was cold and potato under cooked. Appetizers where hot and good
