Chipotle Mexican Grill - Morgantown

My initial order was incorrect, so I decided to reorder after being informed that the only assistance they could offer was to write down my name. However, when I placed the new order, it was left outside the emergency department, and I couldn't reach the driver.

I ordered tacos, but I only received the filling—no taco shells!

The dish I received didn't resemble the picture at all, both in appearance and ingredients.

Driver refused to drive down my road and instead parked on college, told me to come get it, and yelled at me over the phone when I told him he was on the wrong street. Awful experience and wish I could half the tip.

My food arrived nicely packaged with all parts correct and was very good
