Starbucks - Morgan Hill

The restaurant is clean and tastefully decorated, with ample space inside and a convenient drive-thru. However, the service leaves much to be desired. Firstly, despite asking me several times about my coffee order, they still gave me the wrong size. Additionally, they heated a chocolate chip cookie, even though I explicitly requested that they not do so. I also waited 10 to 15 minutes for a croissant, only to find out that it was ready for me the whole time; they just didn’t bother to call my name for pickup.

As someone who partners with Starbucks in different states, I sometimes find it challenging to understand the unique aspects of the Starbucks experience in various locations. However, when my mom and I stopped by for breakfast, we were welcomed by a fantastic atmosphere and outstanding customer service. Bridgett, who was working the front, made an excellent recommendation and was a pleasure to talk to, along with her team on that Friday the 13th morning. Thank you for such a wonderful experience today!

Friendliest Starbucks I have ever visited. The service is great and the custom refresher drink was perfectly prepared!

Really bad experience here yesterday had to wait half an hour for our order along with a lot of other people, and when it came it was incorrect couldn't wait any longer and gave up. Really disappointed.

The bathrooms at this Starbucks could use some attention; they were messy and stained. Overall, it felt like a typical Starbucks experience. If you're looking for a place to linger with unique coffee blends and clean bathrooms, this might not be the best choice.
