Taco Bell - Moreno Valley

The service at this restaurant is very slow. Customers are required to order on a kiosk inside the restaurant, but this information is not communicated clearly. I only knew because I had been here before, but other customers were not informed. Some of our order was forgotten while we were eating. Many people who had used the drive-thru also came in with complaints about missing items. The management seems to be lacking. Additionally, they only open the restroom for you when you ask, but they do not acknowledge you because they prefer you to use the kiosk. When you finally do ask, they say it will only be a moment, but it ends up taking 10 minutes.

Excellent food, kind workers, and the place was nice and tidy. Good experience

As a regular customer of Taco Bell, I had high expectations when stopping at this location during a road trip. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the slow service and lack of seasoning on the food. Ordering at the kiosk was not ideal for someone with food allergies and the wait time was over 25 minutes for a family of four. It was clear that the drive-thru was prioritized and the restaurant was understaffed. Overall, the experience was not worth the wait and we would have been better off dining at the neighboring Chili's for a quicker and more satisfying meal at a similar cost.

I ordered food for my lunch, i waited roughly 20 minutes before realizing that they weren't making my food. I had to request that my food be made again as they had lost my order. The workers there seemed to have been upset at me for having to request they make my food again.I noticed that they had rip me off on my chalupa by making it 90% lettuce. I will attach an image if you are curious what i am referring to.

Clean establishment. Friendly staff, quick service. Food claws prepared as requested. Will be back
