Subway - Moreno Valley

My rating for this store is THEY ARE THE WORST SUBWAY REST/LOCATION in Moreno Valley PLEASE DON 'T order from the Subway- Alessandro, Moreno Valley location. I placed an order a few minutes ago for 3 footlings and my order was completely wrong. It 's like there system completely mixes your orders up and you end up getting a footlong with half of all the veggies you ordered or you get the wrong veggies.... I called the store to complain, but these workers actually don 't care and no customer service knowledge because they hate their job and it definitely shows with the way they under perform while making a sandwich. They have no desire to keep customers happy at all. I hope the owner sees this bad review because like I explained to his staff I 'm not looking for a free meal all I wanted was for my order to be correct, since I paid for it and have every right to complain.

How is the door locked at 9:15 but it says you close at 10pm?

Slow service. Uncomfortable atmosphere. I was made to feel as a burden for ordering food. Thanks

Hi im Ron and was so happy with customer service the Ladies name is Candy she is the most nicest and professional and Great customer service she made me the best chicken sandwich I ever had food is great stop in some time and tell candy Ron sent you...Seriously this is a very clean place..Thank you Candy for making me a great chicken sandwich you are wonderful..Ron

I ask for toasted bread and it was my steak one, didn't realized it was out so quickly, it was 720 and they kept saying to each other that they needed to be out as soon as possible, i have worked for subway before in Riverside and let me tell you they are so stingy with the veggies i asked for extra spinach and they literally added like 3leafs, my bread was hard too. These things you have to be on top. They had no aguas frescas and all the sodas where either unavailable or flat. Definitely won't be coming back here
