Papaya Valley - Moreno Valley

This is my favorite Thai restaurant! I really appreciate the variety of vegan options they offer. However, I have always ordered takeout and never dined in. Every time I've ordered vegan dishes, the portions feel more like a lunch special, which is a bit puzzling to me. On a positive note, their vegan Thai iced coffee is delicious! I still need to try the Thai tea.

You'll know you called the right place from the first minute on the phone with this restaurant. You can just tell they love their restaurant. We called in an order on the way to Palm Springs and it was fresh and flavorful. I recommend the Pad Thai medium spicy....it was hotter than typical medium and very good!

My fiancée and I didn't have a great experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the cream cheese wasn’t fully cooked, and at one point, I bit into a piece that was still frozen, which was really disappointing. It had the potential to be good, but that last bite left a bad impression. The Mongolian beef was very tough and lacked flavor; the mushrooms in the dish had more taste than the beef itself. The Pad See Ew was decent—nothing extraordinary—but I was disappointed with the protein, especially since we paid extra for the combo. The beef, chicken, and shrimp were all extremely chewy, and I ended up having to spit out each one I tried. The service was average, and the space was small but not too crowded when we visited. It has a bit of a hole-in-the-wall vibe, and I don’t think I would return.

I drove all the way from Orange County, only to discover that they close from 3 to 4 PM for a break. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to wait an hour for them to reopen. I wish they had updated their hours on Yelp so I could have planned my visit better.

This place is the closest to my house so I try and go local. 2nd time in a row I received my order missing items. I thought it was the delivery service the first time so I picked it up this time. Inside is super hot so I don't eat there. Will not be back here. I will go further away for my Thai food for now on.
