Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Moreno Valley

Update your store hours if you’re going to be closed, went out of my way because supposedly this was the only place open at the time. Very inconvenient.

My daughter was at Moss buying a car so I took her 4 year old for ice cream. We came across this place and I thought oh yum I can make a hot fudge sundae! When I went to use the hot fudge it sputtered, I pulled off the lid and saw it needed a new bag. I called the attendant over and showed him. He just stood there. I asked do you work here? he said yes but I wasn 't trained in how to use these things seriously??? I should have just left but decided on peanut butter topping instead. The entire concoction was absolutely tasteless. 2 bowls for 18 bucks. Will never go to a menchies store again

They definitely don't stay open till 10pm like their website says and they don't close at 9pm like yelp says. We showed up today 07/15/22 and got here before 9pm and already closed for the night.

This place use to be good and now it's not even worth going. They had no toppings at the topping table except for a few and they only had one fruit topping. The girl working too literally said nothing the whole time too and was on her phone.

My husband and I visited this location today and all I can say is WOW on all counts. I shouldn 't have gone through with our purchase after several of the machines were out of yogurt. I asked the girl working why they weren 't working and she said they 're working I said no nothing is coming out she didn 't respond back. Didn 't walk over to check or to offer help. My husband got cake batter that was translucent wIth liquid in it, I got chocolate and it was the same. The machines are dirty and the fixings bar was depleted of toppings not to mention the quality of freshness. The employee had no ambition to clean or for that matter even move. It looks run down and on its way out!
