La Conspiracion De 1809 - Morelia

This is a really good place. I had just dinner and was surprised by her very well recommended 'crema de ajos' I also had her 'Plato Michoacano'. Cecina was too hard for my rubbers, but the rest was just great.

Great food! Carnitas Pot was delicious! Garlic soup was even better!! Apple chicken salad was very nice.

Beautiful restaurant in the heart of Historical Morelia. Their cuisine specialty is regional food from the State of Yucatan. The attention to detail is impecable. The manager was friendly and explained our dishes, drinks and some of the building history. We were there during the week so we didn't have to wait or make a reservation. Highly recommended.

Great food, and the staff is very attentive! one of the best restaurants my family and I have gone to in Morelia.
