I had a bad experience in this Italian restaurant. I have to admit our waitress was nice but both the supervisor and manager were not. We ordered two pizzas, one of which arrived with different ingredients than listed and extremely spicy which was not in the description. We kindly showed the description and asked to take it away because we could not eat such a spicy pizza. At first they refused and after we asked for the manager he charged us for half of the price of the pizza. Will not return until the management has clear understanding of service and accepts their mistakes.

Un excelente lugar para comer pizzas y pasta, se encuentra dentro del centro comercial más grande de la ciudad. Si estás paseando por este centro comercial, deberías comer en este lugar.

Este restaurante está ubicado en el tercer piso del Mall las Américas. Es ideal si quieres comer pizza para el almuerzo. ¡Es un lugar informal donde puedes disfrutar de una deliciosa pizza!

Excellent pizzas, taste wines. Super nice service, rate price fair. The salads are also good and is a nice place to go as a couple.

Pizza here lacks flavor and overpriced for that matter. Highly recommend to skip this place and avoid a bad experience.
