Voted the 'Best Restaurant in Melbourne ' by Indian Executive Club Awards 2013 This is by far the best Indian restaurant we have been in Melbourne. As soon as we enter the restaurant we see heaps of awards that this good team has won! Reading through this, we have a fair idea about what we can expect in this restaurant. The food was amazing and the little 'in house ' improvements and recipes are the best. We would definitely recommend the tandoori 's ! They are made from a proper tandoor and are mouth watering. Try this with the cheese naan! Have a friendly chat with the staff and they will tell you the specialities that they have on the menu and specialities that they have off menu. The Service is really good and is good value for money. Surely wanting to dine here many more times and recommend this place for all Indian food lovers.

Ameers is our regular favourite Indian restaurant in Essendon. We eat here every time we come to Melbourne for the Australian Open. The food is full of flavour and has a great mix of spices. The quality is always consistently good. The service is attentive and enthusiastic. Love it.

Had my kid's first bday there yesterday. Excellent food. The management was extremely cooperative and helpful.

This restaurant is top-notch in every way. The service and food are excellent. I highly recommend trying the tandoori mushrooms - they are absolutely delicious. I would rate this place 11 out of 10.
