The smoked salmon was the best I've ever tasted. We traveled from the Green Bay area to visit and spent $85 on delicious treats.

Fun fact I was here when it was a motel (restaurant and shop), on our road trips while growing up, back in the 60s and 70s! At some point, I will stop again when the fish market / shop that he is now. I always wondered what happened to this place, it was the only hotel we stayed on our two-day trip. The UP was so beautiful. I loved it up there. I used to go down to the lake, and at night I remember seeing the bridge illuminated at the distance from there.

Stop here regularly on road trips. I have orders from family in Florida for jerky, slim Jim's and smoked fish every time I go. A must stop!!
